Are there people here who make money by helping YouTube? What kind of income is real? Without showing your face, but only publish videos in a popular niche. Maybe you have some advice in this matter? I want to start doing this, for an English-speaking audience, does it make sense to start something? I have a lot of free time

You should check the journey section :)

People don’t help YouTube. If you imply making money through YouTube, then yes. Most people doing CPA, depend on it as there source of traffic.

50k subscribers, when a video explodes I make about $15,000 per month, also have sponsors, it's a bit up and down but doing well!

What do you mean by helping YouTube?

Advertising, sponsorships, affiliate marketing, and selling digital products related to your niche.

Do you mean helping YouTubers as a service or posting videos on YouTube?

Yes, faceless Youtube channels work. For non-native English speakers as well. But its like every other business. The most costly time is when you are starting up and don't have any money to put in. But you say you have time, so you can put in the hours to research what others are doing in niches/topics you are interested in, and see how you can copy and add to what others are doing.

Problem is that like most businesses most people don't have the patience or capital to work for free for a couple of months before seeing results, and growing real followers that actually spend time watching the videos takes time.

If you make good content for audience, it will spread like fire. Once there are views, there are so many ways to make money with it.
