I can speak from experience and tell you to make sure if you do buy subs and views make sure the quality is very high. I've bought subscribers and it killed that channel dead. Ive also bought "high" retention views that lied and end up being around 15% which killed my video ranking. Just be careful who you purchase from. Good luck!
