As i know, there's only few original panels maybe 3 or 4, the rest are just resellers. you must find those original panels to avoid any kind of problems "refund + support"
And for the yt views script, someone already post it here this year on BHW for free, but it's outdated cuz of youtube update, if you know a good developper maybe he can modify it to make it work for you.
