I read somewhere, if we give instant views on our newly published video
It will rank in top instantly

Because google notice
There is something in it so it rank

Is it correct??

The main factor now looks like is Aged account 2005-2009
 
If the instant views are from a spammy source, then it will turn out to be a shadow banned video.

I agree with you, dude
youtube is pretty good at tracking views from a spam source, especially if it's low quality, the video will get shadowbanned after a while

Yes, this method is used by many creators over the last few years , they send views and likes as soon as the video goes live. If your getting views, also add a few other engagements to make it look organic and real and also get it from a reputable smm panel or private seller.
 
How do you intend to bring those instant views without buying them? Anyway, this tactic is not likely to work in 2025

What you refer to is called "view velocity" and it appears to be a ranking factor. However, it is more related to how subscribers engaged to the video when shown on feed. Getting lots of views may help get the video picked up by the algorithm though, compared to a video with zero views, and may therefore rank better on YouTube search rankings.
 
Where did you read it?
As stated above, I believe this is more related to measuring the reaction of your subscribers
Not any kind of quick views that could be faked
 
Yes, your video can be boosted, as it will receive a lot of views in the first few minutes, but it must be organic.

Please note that YouTube often tests, so if it receives a lot of views right after its release, it may promote it for a while and then re-promote it (if the results aren't as expected, your video may stop being promoted).
 
It will be better if you allow your videos on Youtube to gett views naturally. That will pay you on the long run. You should strive to produce quality videos and the consistent. When you do that, the views will come and your channel will grow naturally.

Also repurpose you ong form vodeos for shorts
 
I have 5 aged YouTube accounts:

2008, 2011, 2015, 2017, 2022 and maybe 27 accounts in 23-24.

The aged prophecy means nothing on YouTube rather on tiktok it means everything, insta, and twitter(lol the richest guy on earth can't change twitter back end to X, says alot ranking websites matter)

But YouTube no, what matters is:

Tags,
Duration,
Niche

Tiktok is the hardest you'll never reach 1000 views unless it's aged, YouTube is little more lenient.

No idea on reels.

What??? It's actually quite opposite. Tiktok pushes new videos on new accounts, 1k views are almost guaranteed for new accounts. In YT channel authority is everything. It also depends on luck.
 
If a video suddenly sees a spike in views soon after it’s released, the algorithm will interpret this as “something important” and move it up a ranking or recommendation. This is true to a certain extent, as platforms like YouTube use “freshness” factors and early engagement to decide which videos to promote.

The algorithm needs to learn duh, but after the second or third video good luck
