Yes, this method is used by many creators over the last few years , they send views and likes as soon as the video goes live. If your getting views, also add a few other engagements to make it look organic and real and also get it from a reputable smm panel or private seller.

What you refer to is called "view velocity" and it appears to be a ranking factor. However, it is more related to how subscribers engaged to the video when shown on feed. Getting lots of views may help get the video picked up by the algorithm though, compared to a video with zero views, and may therefore rank better on YouTube search rankings.

As stated above, I believe this is more related to measuring the reaction of your subscribers

Tiktok is the hardest you'll never reach 1000 views unless it's aged, YouTube is little more lenient.

What??? It's actually quite opposite. Tiktok pushes new videos on new accounts, 1k views are almost guaranteed for new accounts. In YT channel authority is everything. It also depends on luck.
