Hi guys I will say something if there is a methode to upload the video on youtube , but to skip the flagers, because when i upload any video youtube or flagers down my channel so if it possible to help me , Youtube is my 90% to redirect people to my web site , so if i don't find how to skip that i can't earn thanks for all

Follow this steps.
1. Clear your flash cookies using ccleaner.
2. Upload new video, don't use the same video which is deleted.
3. Upload from new email/youtube account.
4. Change your ip.
5. Don't put links initially in description, let the video to stay for little time.
6. Use URL shortener to post your link in description.
7. Write the new unique description, don't copy paste or over optimised.
8. Let the video to be in unlisted for a week or more, don't send views during this.

the main reason Youtube takes down the video is that people put url in the description in the very binning!

Try to avoid uploading the same deleted video and avoid linking to your website at the begging of the description.

Get a new @Gmail account under a new IP & remember to clear cookies/cache and it should do the trick. I've made thousands of @Gmail/YouTube accounts this way.

Thanks a lot , so you mean to change address ip , is to change address ip routeur or choose address vpn. thanks again

Just get the proxies from the marketplace, and use 10 accounts per proxy.
