Youtube Updated Video Streaming

Have you noticed now there's no way to simply download a flv format video from YT and play it on your PC?

Video files are divided into pieces, each size 1.7MB, and even if you try to combine them into one, its not playable...

I used to think YT sucks big time on this...now I find it anoying...no more free videos...

Any solutions for this...?

flv downloads still work for easy youtube downloader 5.9 on firefox

I just downloaded a video, works fine... OP I suggest you to try some other downloader.

i downloaded using firefox plugins and working good. It's possible your downloads program has limitation. please make sure.

Flashgot works well, downloads the vids in .flv format and just one video. The only thing I don't like, is some sites use .gifs as ads and it will download those to.

I have my own flv player that I use, so If you dont have one on your comp you may need to install one. Real player plays .flv videos as well.

I like vlc player,its plays almost anything without any problems.
