Youtube Trending/Popular ?

Hello there guys i need to ask is there any service available on BHW or anywhere else which can help me to bring my artists videos in popular or trending section of youtube country targeted for Music category ? I heard that BigBuddy is the best YT views seller on internet But i have checked his thread and he is not delivering views for sometime may be he is sorting or patching some things out. And i also heard that he is providing YT Trending/Popular service. I cant PM him as i have very low post count because i am a newbie sorry for such lame questions.
