Youtube Top Comment Method? Ready to Pay

I have tried several method to push comments to the Top but not succeeded. The method I followed.....

1. Relevant non-spammy comments posted from G+
2. Boosted the comment with G+ shares
3. Added some replies to it.

Please suggest what more should I do for ranking the comments to top.

lots of thumbs up to your comments is the best way to put your comments on top...

i saw a fiverr gig long time ago but i dont see it anymore..

Here are the things needed to get the top comments
1. account with more than 500 subscribers
2. highly engaged fans to your comment
3. Popular comments - meaning lots of likes and comments to your comment

I'm willing to sell our method (not simple, but working) for good price. I can only say that it depends a lot on your account. Google calls it Google+ Quality Factor https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/youtube/cMrA2Vv66xk
Replies, likes and G+ activity are additional factors that can influence on it, but that is not enough.

Just bot lots of likes on it and you'll be up there. I also noticed sharing on G+ and liking the video.
