Youtube time to consider video views.

Hey guys..
I was wondering if I do a landing page and set a youtube video on autoplay.
How many seconds it needs to complete the view counter?
Is it a good idea so I start getting organic traffic and redirecting from other sites?

Couldn't you get a youtube video to play in a popunder with the sound off?

Thats a good idea, but wouldnt it cause a flaw on the youtube system?
