Youtube suspended

Hi.

I just got an issue which is related to my personal youtube account. In fact I never did much youtube marketing, maybe had 5 videos all from cc0 sources. I have never get any notifications or issues. I am youtube premium member and google one member, all things are used on youtube just for personal purpose. I did receive and sms and an e-mail last week that my gmail disabled (this was solved with simple 2 factor authentication) and saw an email that youtube suspended. Everything works fine with gmail, but support does not help me to get my youtube back and they do not even care that I pay for the service and do not do any marketing... I do not even comment or like much, really just used for personal purpose.

I'm not sure what can be done, but if somebody can help me to get this solved and my youtube back then I would be happy to pay 50 USD for that. I want to make sure that nobody makes a sales thread of my issues so please WRITE ME in PM.

what was the reason for the termination of YouTube service? that should be on the email you got
also check back on your gmail, if you got any warnings or strikes from YouTube

also why the gmail got disabled? what was the official reason for that? maybe your account got hacked and used in any way?

There should be an email about why you account got terminated
It is advised that you post this same thread in Google Support forums too.

BUT never received email from youtube before. I monitor my spam folder as well and there was nothing there for youtube... So google forum is the best option?

yes google forum is good option because there are staff members there and other members that can help you ..

Are they legally allowed to tell people they are prohibited from "accessing" any YouTube account? I don't believe they have the legal right to stop you from accessing someone else's account if that person asks you to. That seems to be a bit of a reach and YouTube thinks they are the government. Only a court can block you from doing something like that.

Does the YT channel have valuable content? If gmail still works create a new channel.

Do you live under a rock? They have previously disabled ENTIRE GOOGLE ACCOUNTS for people that commented too many times in a livestream.


Seriously dude, Google/Youtube owns you. They own your account, your emails, every possible thing you can think of that is related to their services. And all of that legally, what you wrote is so far from the truth it's almost like a joke lol.

I didn't ask if they do it, I asked if it was legal. I don't think they can force someone to not access their services through someone else's account unless they have a court order. It's like Microsoft saying you can't use a Windows computer. Only a court can tell you that.

It is not a channel, but my youtube account. I do not know if I had a channel as I just used it for watching videos....

why the hell you logged in to watch video ,i have them on all the time thu a browser no problams at all , they think your upto no good being logged in so long .

my opioion

dont need to be logged in to watch youtube video.

you only logged in to use youtube to add video.

go on google and put
yt
now type in yt somethink to watch .
if you want to comment you can log in .
but to just watch dont need logging in.

i think it best you make another yt account .

If that is all that you are doing with your YT account, kind of sounds like you got hacked.

yes as above said, it looks like your account got hacked and abused, google/youtube are not going to answer/help you about it.

1. make sure you use only strong passwords and generate random strong password for each online service
2. clear your browser cache and cookies and close it
3. change your IP on your internet router
4. register a fresh gmail account (you can later forward all mails from the old account to the new one)

Thank you for all the answers. It is said that I do normal personal use and youtube suspends me... so I can not even talk to them about it... crazy.

If anybody can give a solution then I still have the 50 USD offer. Thx.
