Hi everyone,

I've been deleting and reuploading my videos like 2-3 days. But today, my shorts got like almost no view at all.

My question is, does anyone tried deleting and reuploading shorts to get subs or just increase the chance of shorts to get viral? If so, how to do it properly, since my method seems not working.

While some creators may try deleting and reuploading their shorts to increase views or get more subscribers, it is not a recommended strategy. In fact, it can actually harm your channel in the long run.

ive done it with 1/2 longer yt videos - so far no issues yet.

Check if your videos are appearing in search result to be sure you aren't shadow banned

Delete and reuploading the video is not the best YouTube method. Therefore, focus on creating unique content in order to increase views.

I don't like to do it either but shorts are so random. I get 300 views on my first upload, 28k on the second upload. I'm talking about the same video, 1 week apart on the same day and exact same time.

I tried deleting and re-uploading with changing md5 hash and making video faster/slower but did not help.

I feel like this is because of Channel shadowban or something. I dont know.

I created a brand new channel with 0 subs, Uploaded 4 shorts, First short got 1,2k views in 3 hours, 2nd short 100+ in first 15 minutes and now its dead, 3rd short 0 views in first 2 hours - Now its getting 500 per hour...

If you reupload YT video, you never get views like the old video, sometimes get shadowbanned so check it.

dude its a dead strategy already, just change some content or add content in the shorts and upload for 2 days and see if you get views or not if still zero then shadowban

No deleting and reuploading shorts will not have any effect.

You need to make new videos that is better. I think.

Some people are only looking for tricks and shortcuts. To gain success on YouTube on large scale, you need best quality content and not shortcuts.
