While YouTube channels focused on "credit reviews" and keywords like "loan review" can be useful, this is often a limited strategy for beginners, missing out on many opportunities. Reviews are only interesting to those already familiar with the product. If someone has never heard of personal loans, they won't search for a "personal loan review."
Therefore, affiliates promoting such products need to take a more strategic approach to their content.
With 1 video, 700 subscribers increased but after that 65+ videos have been uploaded more (recently very few videos are uploaded) but this channel still have 2.07K Subscribers only. So what happened to it so that it didn't grew further?
maybe the content is not good. doing proper SEO is 1 thing but you also need proper content that is being watched.
She stopped uploading videos. SEO is a regular process. SEO will help to grow a channel if you become consistent on your YouTube channel. When I worked for this Youtube channel, the content creator was regular. But now she is so much busy. So she didn’t able to continue now.

It's not a main factor that seo has to be done, yes it has a good bonus factor for more views, but that is mostly only if your focusing on search engine views, main things to focus on is your thumbnails, your video content and even after that if you put a very small or normal title related to the topic it still blows up, tons of videos on YouTube that have like 3-4 word topics, but the thumbnails are absolutely clickbait and when yt sees that they push the video even more.
