So to know if a channel is monetized, one would go to the homepage of the channel, then view the page source and find "monetization" and if it was true, then the channel is monetized. If false, then not monetized.

I just checked a channel and they seemed to remove this "monetize" word from the page source?

Seems this change is not for all users.

Same here, it's gone. Why would they remove it, I don't get it.

That's right they have removed this feature.I believe that YouTube will eventually provide a more transparent way for users to see whether a channel is monetized or not. Let's see

So they can hide their double standards of monetization. They monetize certain people doing the exact same type of content as other people but they only allow certain people to monetize. Like if you make reaction videos, you will get demonetized for reused content while the big youtubers make millions etc.

True, also you need to be politically very "nice" look at masteroogwgay channel. YT want to destroy him. Future is now. YOU NEED TO OBEY THW MINISTRY OF THE TRUTH!

Youtube is devolving into a piece of shit .You have a dislike button that doesn't even work. You can't even put links in the video description until your channel has enough "history"

masteroogwgay got a call from YouTube and they told him exactly what videos to delete and he got monetized again. So if you are big enough they will tell you what to do, if you aren't big enough you are fucked. masteroogwgay is privileged.

Shiish! So it's no longer possible to see if the channel is monetizable! There must be a different way to check this. How will ready-made monetizable YouTube channel sellers prove this to their customers?

Why drama about normal thing? It's privacy. I would never allow anybody to see if any channel is monetized. You would do the same as the owner of Youtube. Don't bitch around.

wise words, this is actually true, even if you are big you could get hit but at least you are privileged, small channels even if you do 3-4 figures a month or if you have 100k subs they won't care.

Currently, one can still check if there is monetization, but you need to look not at the entire channel, but at a specific video on the channel... Go to the video, open the page's code, and look for 'yt_ad'... eventually, you will see '{"key":"yt_ad","value":"1"}'... if it's 1, then there is monetization; if 0, then there isn't... if you don't find anything in the code, then there's no monetization either.

This is completely wrong! Many videos now have both copyrighted and non-copyrighted ads, even in normal videos.. Even if a channel has only 100 subscribers, YouTube can display ads. This does not necessarily mean that the channel is eligible for monetization. Please do not mislead people. Several friends have already mentioned this. Under normal circumstances, YouTube has removed the display of monetization status in the channel page code. Yes, that's true. Therefore, currently, no plugin or site, except for YtLarge.Com , can show the monetization status of the channel! Chrome extensions and everything else are garbage.

This service shows outdated or inaccurate data, since one of the channels that had monetization on November 5th, then monetization was removed on November 11th, and this service still shows that there is monetization on the channel

Can I get the channel urls? If you send me the relevant channel URL privately, I will fix it if there is anything missing in the system.

Hi, sure

Can you tell me how you determine the monetization status?
Are u using these methods?

Method 2.

  • If you see a join button on the channel,
  • If there are ads in many videos of the channel,
  • If you see a collaboration link with a Youtube MCN or Cms company on the channel's about page

Your channel is in a unique and rare situation. When I tested it specifically, the system informed me:

YouTube believes that many of your videos are suitable for monetization, considering them to be original and unique. It says your channel will be accepted in the next monetization application. For example, YouTube considers your videos like these to be original and unique:
Code:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s2xiGWczDiI
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bwpAhSbrfW0
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zlJPl02ShPs
But there are some of your videos that they don't recognize as authentic.
For example, it doesn't see this as original:
Code:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uDvUyWNBPTs

Channels like yours generally fall around 2%. In many other queries, it will provide about 98% accurate results. Of course, the choice is yours.
