Youtube Re Uploading/Search Engine Ranking

Hello, if I re upload youtube videos and the original title and description stay the same and it gets uploaded, but within about an hour I actually edit it before it gets published, does this mess up the video's search?

When I change the description and title, how long does it take to update in the search engines?

Actually, it should be updated immediately. It keeps appearing as the first title you entered?

no but i'm wondering if it registers with the search engine (youtube search) or does it still assume it's the original title uploaded for a few weeks? For some reason I remember hearing it takes some time for youtube search to update when you change info... not sure.
