YOUTUBE RANKING!! looking for suggestions

I been trying to rank a few videos in Google for some decent keywords.. However, i still havent found out what works.. been testing for 2 months now and had little success. I was able to get two into Google but didnt stick really long.. However, i dont know what actually played that large of a role.. im tracking everything.. however, things kind of got tangle for me.. so whats you all find best to rank youtube videos?

what links are best? blog commenting, web 2.0s, social bookmarks, do follow high page rank links?

is blasting links with scrapbox ,gsa,or senuke better??

is high page rank links best with tier link building?

all my videos are on first page of youtube also top 7 positions, do that play a role too?

i bought a few fiverr gigs.. im willing to spend money, i just need to know either who can do this or whats best links to get it rank?

I have ranked few videos with comment blast and forum links you can try that to rank them. high pr links are always helpful so you can made some high pr back-links with your keyword to that videos.
