I cant say for certain as I do not have any experience with kids channels since their monetization is limited.
YouTube Shorts are a FANTASTIC way of building an audience for your youtube channel even before you consider profitting from it. Join in on it if you can1
It may cause issues depending on the type of content youre posting. Using an SMM panel to hit 1k subs shouldnt a problem as the reason why youtube usually denies people is because their content isnt monetizable (i.e. compilations)

Second:
What’s a proper/best way of creating gmail and yt accounts? For future channels and fake accounts (need those in order to give myself few dozens likes/comments here and there)
Dedicated VM + cheap proxy from target country would be enough? Or is it necessary to use new sim card for every account?
Third:
Is ti necessary to season those fake yt accounts via regular activities on youtube? (Watching videos, emitting user behavior). does it really make a difference in practice?

3. I've never really "seasoned" an account like how you would on instagram. I dont think it makes a difference.
Im in celebs, tv shows, movies, sports, mma, tech, anime, health, fitness, and finance. EVERYTHING. Together, I get over 10M+ views per month across all my channels.

I believe youtube traffic should be obtained 100% organically.
I personally associate one channel only for one gmail account. If you have 20 channels connected to the same gmail account and that one account gets hacked, that'll be bad.
I would focus on the sub niche and expand later. Believe in the saying "the riches are in the niches" or "niche down to blow up'
If u want to add voiceover, i would always refrain from using TTS software as this may caus eproblems in the future.

2. Because i have 4 project managers managing the channels for me, my daily tasks are uploading and fixing any issues that arise from my project managers' comments. I also look for new vreative video topic ideas which is probably the fun part but i only do this once or twice a week for about an hour.
I do the titles but the descriptions are outsourced.
3. Oh you bring up a very good point. Of the script writer, voiceover artist, and video editor, i probably work the closest to my thumbnail artists. TO me, every video ahs the potential to bring in $50,000 so of course im gonna spend A LOT of time making sure my thumbnails are solid. I dedicate one thumbnail artist per channel.
VIral niches! tv shows, movies, celebs, gossip, anime, tech, health, fitness, finance
I actually limit my tags based on character account. I aim for 300-400 charactars.

First of all thanks a lot for your contributions on this forum. I'm learning a lot from you here and on your channel as well. I want to ask you 3 questions.
1) Do you use separate gmail and adsense account for each channel/niche?
2) If I use clips of other people including audio, but shorter than 13 seconds, put them in a compilation and add my voiceover with my own commentary of each clip, I basically fall under "fair use" and can monetize that channel/videos? I'm talking about clips shot by regular people, not movies, tv shows, music, or other copyrighted stuff.
3) Do you put "fair use copyright act 107" information in description of your videos?

1) I use seperate emails for every single one of my youtube channels; however, I only use one adsense account.
2) Yes this would fall under fair use!
3) I put a disclaimer at the END of my description, yes!

Here are a few questions I've answered already:
Q: If I bought subs+ views and reached monetization criteria, will my channel get monetized?
A: A lot more details are factored when it comes to monetizing your channel. I ll layout my process of how someone i know monetizes their channel and has actually done it for me too.
1) aged YT account

3) posted 3 videos; 2 10 min long ones, and 1 2 hour long one- similar niche, commentary/ screen record type videos.
4) Buying subs is easy, im not gonna recommend an SMM panel though but justbuy 1k.
5) as for teh watch hours, my friend has his guy bot the watch time on his 2 hour long video.
6) apply for monetization; receive acceptance after 2-3 weeks.
Now this is the general criteria I follow after I receive approval:
1) Keep videos public until more than 10 new videos are posted.
2. dont change primary owner for another 6 months
3. NEVER turn on monetization for the watch hours video
4. Dont change passwords for a couple of months
5. dont change emails for a couple of months
6. It’s OKAY to monetize new videos on the channel that you post.

Q: If my YouTube account was connected to a banned adsense acccount, is it still okay for me to connect another adsense account to it?
A: From what I've learned from google reps through chat is this:
Channel A is connected to Adsense A.
Adsense A gets banned, but Channel A is still monetizable.
You are still allowed to connect Channel A to Adsense B.
If the reasons why Adsense A got banned though is BECAUSE of YouTube activity, then youre gonna need to fix your youtube to abide by YouTube policies. If you don't, then you would then be putting Adsense B at harm.
If the reasons why Adsense A got banned is NOT because of YouTube activity, then connecting Channel A to Adsense B should be perfectly fine.
You'll know if Adsense A got banned because of Channel A if you receive a notification or copyright strike or etc. that it was related to youtube activity.

I prefer imovie as my favorite free editing software.
I honestly use the same strategies that i have before, now.
one thing i would do different as spend less time plannining and more time taking action. Im guilty of analysis paralysis haha.
No software will bypass content ID. You bypass content ID by creating short segments attached to voiceovers.

Are compilations not monetizable at all? What if you use commentary over them?

You can monetize compilations but Youtube may demonetize that video at any time for copyright violations.
It's a bit tricky nowadays. Adding background music, commentary, and anything else to the videos do help but only by so much.
About 90% of my clients who do compilation videos do get demonetized so just be careful.

I use notion.
I have roughly 4 project managers under me. One project manager helps me oversee the other 3 project managers.
All project managers have a full editorial team under them.
Notion is a learning curve, but once mastered, it's extremely organized and convenient.

How do you actually get views to a brand new channel? Especially to a viral content one (like celebrities / compilations / funny / etc) - where people don't search for the video, but most such videos are suggested either in the home feed or the recommended videos... How do you get the ball rolling, considering that when you publish a new video, with 0 subscribers, it gets 0 impressions (and there's no search volume for those specific keywords - but there are tons of videos with identical titles / topics that have thousands or millions of views).
How important is ctr for new channels? I'm getting zero impressions for my brand new channel - so how can i have an actual CTR. I have a rather new channel (1-2 months old) that has a CTR of 15-20% on some videos and average watch time is 5 minutes or more. But i don't get more than 5 views per day on such videos (because they don't get any impressions) - even tho similar videos have hundreds of thousands of views in less than 1 month.

Different IPs!
So you mention something that I want to clarify on in which there are tons of videos with identical titles/ topics. This is where youtube is kind of like selling a digital product. How do you get your video to stick out from the rest? Is it a catchier title? Catchier thumbnail? That's usually step 1 then the actual content of your video has to deliver.
CTR will always be extremely important whether youre new or old.
I want to say that the reason youre getting zero impressions is because your content isnt sought out after. It would probably help more if i can actually analyze your channel.

take a look a this?
also you say CTR is important. let's say i post a video like the one above, using a random word as title and no other keywords. it gets 0 (zero) impressions. how can a video get a good CTR if it has no impressions? how can you make youtube drive impressions to a video / topic that has no (or low) search volume.
