Youtube PVA or Non PVA?

Hope you are having a good day.
I am in PPd trying to use the inta rank to get sone traffic to my links. I know that my videos will get flagged and removed but can anyone here tell me from his own experience if it really matters to verify the account or not.
In my opinion PVA need lot of flags to the video before getting the channel down while with NON PVA just one or two flags can take the channel down.
Can anyone confirm this?

They're a benefit and yes, they do last longer compared to Non-PVA's.

Yes I have experienced that PVA accounts can get up to 3 flags notification and then they remove it, although I'm not sure about recent Google updates.

They change their system very often.

I was trying to find a method to help my unlisted ranked video last longer. But realized that PVA won't help. If a competitor decides to take your video down he wont stop flagging it till its down. This is so confusing PPD Youtube.
