As I wrote before I am using that panel for nearly 3 months & ordered more than 100 times till today.
As I see there is lots of drops. And when you request refill so many times they cancel your order just to avoid refill.
In my point of view this is not best way for customer care and also very bad for word of mouth marketing...

Facing to many drops 
All I can do is ticketing the drops.
I have some orders reported the drops nearly 10 times.
They all reply "Hello, the order has been added to the refil" but nothing changes.
@auto4info, when will you refill the all of my orders?

Very very poor customer service.
My order marked as complated 5 days ago.
I created some tickets but no response.
Until today I paid them nearly 2000 USD
But every & each of my orders faced drops.
Now I've wrote from TG & request them take a look of pending tickets...

One of my otder (id 2929705) is PENDING more than 24 hours.
The other one (id 2930245) is PENDING more than 12 hours.
Wrote them via TG yesterday. They said speed up but no speed up yet.
