What's the best free youtube program out there at the moment?

Are you talking about adding friends on YouTube? Or are you talking about adding views to your videos. You have to be a little bit more specific on what you are looking for.

If you are looking for YouTube Views, there are probably 100 threads on the subject here, simply type in YouTube in the search box, I'm sure there will be 1000's of pages for you to look at and determine what might work for you. Personally I use TubeIncreaser and it works just fine for me.
