Alright, after reading and re-reading multiple times and reading through the comments, I got excited about this method that Drgongs posted here:

Although I've never used PPI, I thought, well if Drgongs was banking on this method, then I should be able to as well.
Steps Taken:
Niche research
Re-learned how to use Movie Maker (I haven't used that since the XP days).
Learned how to make a video that will have appeal towards people younger than 30.
Joined Revenyou and Mediafire.
Created two youtube videos and uploaded them, set them on UNLISTED.
I bought High Retention Views for each video from a supplier here on BHW.
Next Steps:
Wait for the videos to receive their views then make them Public.
Create a total of 10 or more videos in the list of niches I have made in excel.
Buy 9 PVA youtube accounts and create/upload 10 videos each.
Buy 10 proxies to use with the other 9 youtube accounts.
Expenses so far:
Time: about 6 hours to complete the above steps in orange, but now that I am in the video making flow, it should only take about an hour or less for each video and each new mediafire upload.
Cost$: High Retention Views $9.50 total.
I'll keep posting as I make progress, hopefully I have chosen the right niches, if not, then I'll have to find others, its all part of the process! Also, this got me thinking on other ways to make money on youtube so I'm glad I started this. I haven't made a youtube video in about 10 years!

PPI is a good way to earn startup money which you can invest in your future projects. Remember one thing that YT will kick your a** more times than you can remember, but you just keep at it and don't lose hope. You might not see earnings for some time and that's quite okay. You just have to keep working and do every thing repeatedly, and after some time you will see the money flowing in
