I don't know if this is the right place for this thread, however it pertains to RevenYou so I figured posting it in here.
I'll tell you guys what happended - Like usual,I logged on today onto my Mozilla browser and proceeded to Youtube.com
Now,usually the page just loads and goes onto the YouTube homepage like it does for everyone. But,today it took an unusual 10 secs to proceed to the YouTube homepage when it gives me an error saying "Flash Plugin Required to display this page" .This seemed weird cuz I haven't come across such an error in 7 years of my YouTube use,I figured my plugins were outdated so I'd better update them.Like any other browser,Mozilla provides the fix for these errors itself by giving an "install plugin" button right there and I clicked on it .It opened up the usual download pane,it was a "616kb" plugin installer file. And this was from Youtube.com itself, you'll know from the Images below..!
I opened up the installer file and then I come across a very familiar installer UI,that of REVENYOU.COM!
Here's a look at the installer that YouTube.com had provided me with to install missing plugins, those of you on the PPI train and with Revenyou.com,will be familiar with it >>

I tried closing the installer just to check if it gave the error message that every installer from Revenyou gave, and this one did too! >>

I opened Malwarebytes and ran a full scan and nothing showed up so my computer isn't infected for sure.
So,what is this?,Youtube giving me Plugin Installers from Revenyou.com??...since when did Youtube become so desperate to earn some revenue through PPI?
Anyone else with this similiar error???,help me out here a bit! :cow04:
