YouTube? Pinger? HMA? Technique for creating managing multiple accounts?

I have not been able to verify a new Gmail/YouTube account using Pinger. I heard there's a work-around using Google voice, but I don't like that either because it's tied to one phone.

Also, now that HMA is blacklisted, just logging into an existing YouTube account using HMA triggers a Google hack warning message and prompts for phone verification.

Any ideas for creating new YouTube accounts?

And then how to login to them without triggering the verification warning?
