Had problems with Youtube buffereing on my system for past 2 months ,now Youtube doesn't seem to work anymore only can i see is the youtube page and the menu,and when i click on a video it turns black and stays the same throughout. Other Web Videos like Vimeo,Dailymotion are working pretty well,Does anybody have any idea why is it so ?

Works fine for me may be something wrong with you ISP or PC....
 
Use google chrome. Disable high quality videos.
 
What Browser? Is it up to date? Have You Tried Switching Browsers? What OS? So many questions, you need to be more specific

I actually experienced the same. I switched back to chrome and it worked instantly. Google tactic? Quite possible!

Your suspicions are right,I am using Mozilla thats why the problem , previously the buffering system used to go forward or backward on convenience, but now when we move around time ,the video restarts loading
 
Alternatively, you could also try enabling the html5 player on your account from here : https://www.youtube.com/html5
Although it is still in experimental stage but I think it will work better than the flash player.
 
I was having this problem, actually turned out to be chrome causing the problem until they updated it to the next version, no problems recently
 
Already tried that but it never worked. By the way it started after I started using Adblock. Keep that in mind too.

Adobe Flash Plugin Problem,may be there with you.
Check all the plugin set or not. :)
 
happened to me too, what you have to do is update adobe flash and adobe player, i had to update both so i can watch normally again. hope that helps
 
Re install your browsers. Clear all your cache/cookie and browser data. Re install Flash and clean your registry. Also consider restarting your router if that doesn't fix anything then it could be your ISP or computer.
