I have been trying relentlessly to get approve for YouTube's Content ID tool so I can start my own network, but YouTube denies me every time. Does anyone know how I can go about getting approved for a network? I know it will cost money, and I know that there is a lot to goes into it, so please no need to lecture me on those. I am just looking for a way to expedite the whole process. Thanks!
