It kinda depends on your content, if youre going to do gaming joining a channel like curse would be good.

What are the requirements to join networks? Can a new channel join?
Also I'm guessing joining a network is safer in terms of monetisation as they may not be as strict on the traffic source as Adsense directly as I heard Adsense frowns up paid social media traffic

afraid to lose it due to invalid click or some kind of problems, and i used freedom before, they take 40% its so big

Work on your channel first! See it like Wine, it gets better when you let it ripe and get some age..
Meanwhile you can research the networks that will work for you and get some more knowlege!
I monetized my channels after one year building in 2010 (After I learned my best choice was Adsense) and saw growth ever since..
To me it looks the best way to create something steady and firm.. I added a little grey and blackhat at start, and went whitehat after that
It generates a steady income for 4 years now.

Better to stick with Adsense at first if your content is worth and when it gets on hype then the channels will come to you on and you can negotiate on deals that suitable for you too.
