Hi : I started Movie Trailer Channel on YouTube and posted one video and I got Copyright claim. Even i dint monetize yet. But there are many other channel they are posting same videos and earning Good amount of money from those Movie Trailer. ( Those channel have no legal right but still they are posting Movie Trailer on there channel ). If somebody is working in this Niche guide me. Thanks

Because those are shady thing and secrets which hard to reveal. What you can do is directly contact to other trailer channel and try asking them, offer them something that win-win to both channel.
 
@mistercd3 : I tired ( Message , emailed and tried everything) to contact other Trailer channel but they dint respond :(. I you have any experience in this Niche. Please Guide us. Thanks
 
hmm have you tried the extension named VidIQ. Install it on google chrome and use it to check if other trailer channel join on which Youtube network (Youtube MCN).
I don't think you can just download trailer video and upload it to your channel. You have to do some edit , crop it, change MD5, etc... Observed other trailer channel and try duplicate them on what they are doing. That's all i can say

Its not about croping or changing MD5,youtube ID system is not that dumb.
Its all about the networks they are in.The big youtube trailer channels also have contracts with movie companies and they get sent trailers to showcase them.
 
@florin22xxl : Only one or two big YouTube trailer channels have contracts with Movie studios. But there are so many other channels they are post Movie Trailer and earning Good amount of Money.

Then i guess its related to the network they join.
How do you check if they earn money from those videos?
 
@florin22xxl : I check it by using tool like Tube Buddy and VidIQ. And i contact all Trailer Channels but i got response from only one Trailer Channels. He told me : Hes making money from Movie Trailer but he couldn't monetize all Trailer. @network : I cant join any network yet because my channel is new.
 
@Sara007 You have to observe more and compare all these trailer channel. Check closely if they just download trailer and upload it to their channel or DOES they change it. For example, they cutting a few seconds, or they does changing scene for a few seconds but viewers cannot notice it

You may think youtube not that dumb but trust me, these channel all start from 2013 and with 0 subcribers just like you right now. No network gonna accept new trailer channel even if you have like 10k subcribers or more.

Why do you think network need other "trailer channel" for what ? Keep it in mind that even your channel got 50k subcribers the chance you can join in "their network " is very low if their network is kind of private and only accepted invites from trusted members only.

These channels they must have tricks to doing it and somehow just bypass the process. Of course they cannot monetize all trailer videos but at least their channel did not get taken down.

I guess you understand what i'm trying to say. That's why i'm telling they have some secret cannot be told or they have a trick to stay under youtube radar. Network they are joining is just 1 part of process.
 
@mistercd3 : I understand and Agreed with you. Those channel use some trick to bypass the process. Not all trailer channel are from 2013. The one Movie Trailer Channel guy who replied me : He Made Trailer Channel last year (Aug 2016). He start Monetizing Trailer, after getting 10k sub.

I have good knowledge about youtube but sometimes even I can't understand how people do it anyway for you answer
If u check youtube copyright policy well (u should read all :) there says "if you use anyone else videos without anything from you it takes copyright " but if you add something from you just like 10 seconds introduction and some pictures maden by you youtube says"you can use anybody else videos insidea your original content"
So that's the differences hopefully u understand what I mean

Im also interested in this. I see lots of channels that do trailers and they are all part of networks. If i upload the trailer it got claimed by disney for example and on their channel its claimed by their mcn like Allyance movies managed idg or sumtin like that...they have like 10 channels on that network all uploading trailers... So i think its because of the network that has some connections but up until now i havent found one that will accept me... :(
 
@Dano : Your Right Every Channel have more then Ten Movie Trailers Channel. @You haven't found one MCN that will accept you. Its all depend upon your Subs and views of you have Minimum 10k subs ( you can join normal MCN ) and Maximum 1 or 2 Million Subs ( then you will join big MCN ) How Many Subs and Views you have ?

They made their own MCN and claim copyright then monetize it themselves.

I just let the cat out of the bag ....
 
Any reason why you wouldnt start with game trailers? Most of the trailers are under creative commens license. This would be alot easier. Then again, movie MCN usually pay more.
