doesn't do enough uploads + doesn't upload when I specify it to. Additionally, there is no automated way to simulate human activity from my understanding

Uploading 20 videos a day is quite not favored by Youtube, Youtube favors unique and original content over their platform as this would lead them better advertisements to gain trust and use your channel. If your doing it abnormally like uploading a lot of videos like creative common videos or shorts bombarding and spamming it, I'm sure they are not happy with it.
