It seems too easy to be true, I don't think Youtube allows you to make information of this type public so simply. Don't you think so?

Just checked this... It actually works. My one channel is not monetized and the value showed was false, and the other channel which is monetized on it the value showed was true.
Nice trick

well they do own the platform.. Cost us the only way to know if a channel is monetized..
