The mere fact that you're getting a variety of answers leading to different conclusions from folks we are assuming is offering information based on actual experience as opposed to assumption tells you all you need to know..meaning.."IT DEPENDS"...Depends on circumstances surrounding the review itself, like, was it a Manual review and if so who did the reviewing? How thorough were they that day while reviewing? or was it one of the security triggered automated review deals? ..Stuff like that, but that's kinda basic common sense lol... I lot of times i think we kinda already know the answers to the questions we ask but we just wanna be convinced differently, we'll even keep asking until we get the answer we want..one that suits us...Even if it as far from the truth as we know it to be lol...Not saying this is the case in this instance just saying how it can be sometimes
