It's very hard to monetize it. Basically, you have two options:
1. Long shot (Adsense)
2. Spam (CPA Network)
Google algorithm almost immediately detects the videos if they are used totally the same and you'll get blocked. If you change something in the video, cut it, add something to it, play around, higher the chances are for the video to stay up. You can create a provoking title, put a cool scene and name it accordingly, or even use a few cut scenes to make a point with that episode or whatever. If you use videos from other small channels it's better for you (even better grab something outside of YouTube), but it will be good only until the person who actually owns that video slams you a copyright strike. Lately, people are too busy and they love to do that and chase copycats. The source owner can either get you a copyright strike or they can claim the right and actually receive all the money from your video and it can stay up. Once you receive 3 copyright strikes within 6 months though, your YouTube channel will be banned. You need to play it safe and not get those 3 strikes within 6 months. So, grabbing videos from smaller channels, putting a disclaimer and the source in the description box, the more you change something in the video or add some intro/outro it will be better, and there are smaller chances for the google algorithm to detect it automatically, and most importantly, playing it safe. Look around on YouTube for the niche you mentioned, and see who's been up for a while and follow their footsteps. As for the rights, you are never going to win there, free use is cool and all but there are a lot of factors to actually win that and continue with monetization (it's very hard and you need to put your own content along with the one you used), so disclaimer is just to avoid angry people who like to report.
Second way is to go without Adsense, create multiple YouTube accounts, go as safer as you can because you want for the videos to be up as long as possible, and put your prelander/landing page/cpa/affiliate. Examples would be to promote a streaming network, lock it, etc, use your imagination. Once you get banned on YouTube, you just create a new account and do your thing. The ranking kicks in here and you need to move fast, and you'll also need a little investment to create multiple accounts on YouTube.
