youtube monetization watch hours clarification

Hello,

I have created new channel and added few videos and some views coming naturally and I brought some youtube advertisment views. In may youtuve studio it says around 250 hours of watch time but in monetization section shows only 4 hours.

My question is, whether youtube advertised views will count towards monetixation watch hours or not?
