I have Youtube channel and I have uploaded some video regarding how to watch free movie online. After I reached 4,000 watch hours in the previous 12 months and 1,000 subscribers, I applied for monetization and Youtube rejected the first time.

Now I already removed all relevant videos and uploaded some videos based on their rules. Then I re-submit for monetization and it still under review status after a few months.

Is this mean Youtube won't approve my channel anymore? If yes, then i might need to close this and create a new channel.

What kind of videos do you post? Try posting some videos in which you show your face. Youtube monetizes them from what I've seen.

Sometimes it just takes a long time to get this approved, normally they approve almost everyone unless you are not breaking ANY of their ToS.
If you feel like that they forgot you or something similar then contact them via eMail @ [email protected] - Done it a couple of times already and they respond pretty quickly there.

Unless you have uploaded some copyrighted material, violence, porn etc, they will approve it. Lately is takes much time for Youtube to review your channel, as there are a lot of other channels in queue that have applied before you.

I've moved the thread to YouTube for you.

I just got approved after being in the "pending for review" for almost 4 months. If you are not posting copyrighted or some violating (sexual or violent) videos you will be fine. But you msut be patient, there is no way how to accelerate the process, Youtube is not responding to emails.. The only place where they ever responded to me, was their twitter.. but they just sended me link to some bullshit, no real answer.

Contact @ support for best answer.

Keep posting videos on that channel and start working on a different one too.
It could be possible that you can get approved after some time, but its not always the possibility.

Not really true. Now they have become very strict, especially to the channels where you do not show your face. Channels with compilations are now rejected in 90% of cases, although earlier they were approved without any problems.
