Youtube Marketing

Hi all, been reading up on a little bit of youtube marketing, just a question, say i make a website and then i make an invisible iframe on the page which is loading my youtube page - then i take the page i made and put it on some traffic exchange program like tra*ffic swo*rm and have a nice session of looking at other peoples sites, would people looking back at my site count as a view on youtube? , thanks for any help.
