and i want do a live streaming in youtube
what program you advise me , and work well + good modifications in program

My vote goes to OBS too. It's amazing software and many people use it.

Yes.

Set FPS to 20-25, set CPU Usage to "Ultrafast".

That's pretty much it.

OBS and this. Not much of magic left. Unless your PC is crowded AF.
Even old pieces can run it at low FPS. So make sure to clean your system and get the settings straight.
