Youtube Live streaming image or repeating video service

I'm thinking about creating a service that provides you a YouTube live stream to your channel.
You'll be able to upload an image or video and music, choose how long you want it running and the video will run in a loop.
The cost will be per hour.

As you may know, YouTube ranks live streams higher in the search.
The service is useful for music streaming, backup stream, CPA, PPD or any other youtube videos methods.

Is someone interested in a service like that?
How much do you think it should cost per hour for the user?

Im not selling anything, the service is just in theory.
Just checking if someone will be interested in something like that.

couldnt you just runa video on repeat and stream it yourself and bypass this service?

Streaming a video is very cpu and network intensive, which means you'll need a good comp and internet to run a stream, or buy a vps/dedicated server.
Plus the service will allow you to run multiple streams to multiple accounts simultaneously.
