Youtube keeps BANning me after Adding ADSENSE

Is any way of coming back from this?

I have few other channels partnered with MCNs and they are running without any problem.
Few other accounts which are fine, because they are not monetized via youtube.

But every time, when I create channel or use some old and add my adsense, accounts get banned with in 24 hours and I receive this email. Is there anything I can do?
I was planning on starting white hat gaming channel and with in 4 weeks another channel, which I will heavily promote, so I don't want to loose revenue and get monetized with adsense, what I can do?

Also my adsense is fine, I have three websites atm which are monetized via adsense...

last time I got banned two channels, with gameplay videos, which everyone uploads. I did not use any music or anything else with copyright. i did not put keywords in my description.
If it was IP, why would my channels be alive while not connected to adsense, but then after connecting with adsense acc is banned with in 24 hours

Adsense reveals your first banned account. You'll need a new Adsense account as well or they'll ban all your new attempts.

Is there any legal way to get new Adsense account? I remember, that I was reading several years ago, about something, that you can have one personal adn one business acc?

Family, friends or a business name are legal ways. Also, I'm not sure about this, but I think you can't use the same street address.

That is exactly what has happened to me . Since January I have lost more than 20 accounts which were suspended ( Community Guidelines strikes) after 1- 3 days they were monetized. All accounts were from different IP addresses, adsense names, adsense addresses. And yes my channels are Blackhat, but they had been Ok until linking to adsense and monitezing them. I haven't had any good answers from YT experts in this site or in Google Product forum. Now I am afraid my up to 10k subscribers channels to connect to AdSense. I think that it is new wave that Heros and Competitors are only focusing on those channels which are monetized. Nowadays for sure there are far fewer BH monetized channels than last year. I would be very appreciated if Someone explains me what is going on ?

Just get a new adsense and use it on different ip, try linking your account with that.
