YouTube hours & days

Hi folks,
for my “official” business, I'm creating a channel on YouTube.
For the moment, nothing is available online, I prefer to prepare several videos, to plan everything and to launch at the good moment.
So, my question is :
What is the “best” day to post ?
What is the best hours ?
My videos are informational, less than 5 minutes. The goal is people watch videos in underground or bus, before going to work (or during a pause).
And yes : I read & bookmarked the thread about free tools for YouTube.

Everything depends on your Targeted audience and type of content. Give more information to the community if you need more suggestions.

Hi,
about targeted audience : just about anyone who wants to understand how politics works, without necessarily spending hours on it.
The videos are short: between 2 and 5 minutes.
I'm not on camera – no one cares about the streamer's faces – and I don't talk about what I eat for lunch.
The idea is really to do something very factual, educational and a bit funny.
For example: what does a mayor do?
What is a city council?
Why do we have 50 states?
