No such thing OP, depend on your video quality i mean depend on how you convince visitor to click on link.

It depend on your Video quality and video content to attract people. You can't say if you get 10k views you will get 2k visitor on your site. It's all depends on interest you generate for your views, If you keep attracting content then definitely you will get good number of views and always publish relevant content to grab visitors

Just as others have said it can't be done. You may get a video that is viewed 30k times but doesn't get a single click because it is bad quality. If your focused on providing people with the quality and value first, you will then get the clicks by default. The saying that "no one cares how much you know, until they know how much you care" is the perfect thing to keep in mind. Give people value in your videos and it will naturally get you the desired results over time.
