Hi i given one YouTube comment screenshot below.
In this YouTube comment i cannot make reply.
i want to know how i settings this type of YouTube comment which comment cannot make anyone reply.
Or anyone unable to reply this type comment.
If anyone know how i settings this type of YouTube Comment please PM me.

@victorlane please pm me the video and comment . I think it must the top comment you are trying to post and failed to do ?
 
The guy that commented can chose whether he can receive replies or not, new youtube features, meh.

Seems just like a noob question, everybody could ask that, expecting answers obviously, I don't know how you can consider anything troll, and why you use the term "troll" anyway because you are out of point like completely...
