July 26 Updates

1. I’m starting my update by mentioning the sad news that youtube also demonetized my second purchased channel due to reused content from the videos uploaded by the initial seller. It so sad that I haven’t yet started/uploaded any videos and yt already demonetized it lol. Either way, I already expected this to happen. I will still push my journey. I will start uploading videos on the first demonetized purchased channel instead since it was demonetized (for reuse content as well) last June so I won’t be needing to wait for 30 days as soon as I hit the 4k watched hours (this channel already has 1000 subs)

2. already hired 2 voiceovers and 1 video editor. They were good. Here’s my current overall progress:
Total scripts written: 8
Total Voiceovered scripts:8
Total videos created: 2
Total videos uploaded on yt: 0

I will be uploading the first video tomorrow.

3. I also purchaded a gig on fiverr for the thumbnail. I will update my video to add the thumbnail.

4. I ended the contract with my 2 scriptwriters because the script quality is too bad. So far I have 1 hired scriptwriter and i also write scripts while I’m looking for second scriptwriter. Just want to share that all of the scriptwriter that I ended the contract is from Pakistan. Maybe I will try to look for other country applicants instead

I also have 1 from Pakistan and she is doing a great job, you just have to guide them in the direction you want to go and they follow. Another suggestion is to hire people from Ukraine.

Update July 27, 2021:
Uploaded my first video 12 hours ago. So far only got 1 unique view. I know that this is normal but it’s sad to see only 1 view.

i’m thinking if should I post it on social media/facebook groups or reddit as well or just focus my time on research.

Maybe it’s just a coincidence that they are from Pakistan. Here are my experience with the scriptwriters that I ended a contract:
1. Submitted script is unreadable, looks like they used an article spinner. You really can’t understand the sentence at all in almost the entire script
2. No cohesion between paragraphs. Looks like they copied parts from different websites then just pasted/rephrased it without organizing the thought as a whole

I'm planing to start a faceless channel myself and watching you doing the same helps me figure out details and stuff.

August 2 updates:

1. It’s been a week since my first video post on youtube. It was a sad week because I get almost no views but I already expected this to happen. Total of 3 videos uploaded and will upload one at the end of the day. Current stats are all less than 10 views

2. polished my folder workflow on google drive to be more organized

3. Scritwriting - only 1 scriptwriter remain since the quality of other scriptwriters I hired in the past is very unsatisfactory. Due to this, I started writing scripts
Voiceover - 2 as of now but I will end the contract of 1 VO because I find the other one more suitable to my scripts
Video editor - 1 video editor. I’m satisfied on his work since he delivers fast, listens carefully to my instructions. I plan to retain him. The only problem I am seeing is that since most of my videos revolves on 1 topic, I am seeing some repeating clips accross the videos.
Thumbnail editor - so far so good. He was able to do what I want in a thumbnail

4. decided to create an fb page and join fb groups related to my niche. I plan to share post . However, upon sharing the same post 6 times to different groups, I got a temporary block from FB which is very weird. I plan on looking for other social media platforms also where I can drive traffic to my videos for free.

Update:

I just found out about SMM panel and i am torn between:

1. Upload my gaming streaming videos (with my face in it) and SMM panel it for 4k watched hours in parallel with cash cow videos so I can reapply by end of August.

or

2. create a fresh channel then start from scratch (SMM panel subscriber and watched hours for video gaming streaming) then start uploading cAsh cow videos after approved

Hi happy to see this. I also in your situation. Only uploaded 2 videos but the different is all the things are doing by myself without outsourcing.
