Youtube Experts-Question

okay so i follow this guy since he had 50k subs
He started uploading football highlights from popular matches
his channel is: /BaltovComps
and he is growing like crazy,when he was 50k he was already in a network.
So my question is,how his videos pass the youtube alghorithm when he is uploading copyrighted videos?
So if i wanna try and upload highlights my videos are blocked,is it just because he is in network and youtube doesnt care about him anymore?

Thanks for the sub, I'm only kidding.. This guy might get banned. Why do this when you risk getting banned. I would stay on a brighter path and Youtube will stricken their moderation in the future. How deep are you in YT?

Well even if he get banned,he earned at least 2 million dollars untill now.And he is still growing like 6-10k subs/day,its strange how he grows but,no one is ever touching him
