Youtube experts ! I need your advice now more than anytime else

Hey Guys ! ( Not a long thread you can read it in less than 2 minutes :d )
2 Years ago i decided to start a new Youtube mobile gaming channel.
at the beginning i was playing fifa mobile & pes mobile a lot so i uploaded content about them ... i did not gain a lot of subs .. with beging of 2019 PUBG MOBILE Became my favourite game ... so i changed my content into pubg mobile only since then i gained around 2500 subs averaging 30k views per month getting some cents every month which does not even worth my time playing editing uploading ....
No i blame myself because i did not create content for pubg moblile in my original language for my area which is the MIDDLE EAST !
I started targeting English keywords which were somehow competitive ....
So my views are mainly coming from south Asia Like India... Indonesia Basically i was earning nothing like 1k views may give me 5 cents ... ( even for 10+ minutes vids)
I believe if these views came from The Middle East this was not going to be like this ... i would had grown more and earn more.

I will show some screen shots of my analytics.

Now i have decided to stay on pubg mobile niche but i will target The Middle East !
But i am hesitated between 2 Decisions
1- Stay on my same channel ( since it is already monetized )and change the language of my upcoming videos and starting from the scratch but my current subs ( i don`t care if they unsub ) but they may destroy my Videos SEO and cause low CTR so youtube will not recommend my videos to a new audience.

2 - Sell My current channel and use the money to boost my start and use some ads or shoutouts to help me standing against the high competition now !


PLEASE TELL ME YOUR OPINIONS .. I WILL NOT DO ANY THING FOR NOW I EVEN DECIDED TO STOP UPLOADING SINCE I AM FEELING DISAPPOINTED.

But isn't it low clicks for Asian countries?

Why cant you go for tier 1 countries?

I do not know most of the views are coming from Asia .. I target ALL PUBG MOBILE PLAYERS BUT NEARLY ALL VIEWS ARE COMING FROM ASIA..
Because there are a lot of players there.

Yes, the reason you mentioned is correct. Since there are most player from these places, you get most traffic from there. You can try to monetize with affiliate programs instead of AdSense.

What kind of affiliate programs will work with mobile gamers ?!

Tier 1 Countries aren't interested in Mobile Gaming.
You will get Tier 2 & 3 traffic for mobile gaming and yeah it is normal.

Do some research and check if middle east people are interested in Mobile Gaming
If they are then rebrand your channel and start publishing videos in your native language

There is a huge fan base of pubg mobile in the middle east .. people started youtube nearly a year ago got millions of subs millions of views in every video ...
and the cpm is much higher in the middle east than Asia.

Then without wasting any time, dive into it and start publishing quality videos.
Competition is increasing gradually day by day. Don't wait for the right time

That is what i am welling to do but should i stay on the same channel or change it ... it has 4k subs with a very few percentage from The Middle East

I would stick with your current channel you have already.

Even big youtubers when their channel dead they open new channel so you should open new channel and sell your channel than buy boost for your channel 1k view should be maximum 2$.
You will use these bot and also for each 1k you will get almost 1-1.3$ So cost of bot will be 0.7$ for you

I would recommend to sitck with your channel and maybe just rebrand and start again!

Or if you want a fresh start maybe get an aged youtube channel and start over with new keywords and niche! try to target always tier 1 countries it's better.

Yeah I agree. Since I stay in middle east I can say that there is a huge number of Pubg players playing all the time

Either stick with your channel and rebrand making better content/better thumbnails. OR Make a new channel and don't buy views or subs and do everything organic. Buying subs will hurt your channel because those accounts will never engage with your videos which will look bad in the algorithms eyes causing your video not to get suggested. The only time people buy subs is for quick monetization because they know how to do really good seo, which will bring them in organic subs, which will help against the botted ones.
