Without views/likes/comments i think it will be very hard, probably close to impossible..
you can try with social bookmarks and signal and link building for a start..
if you don;t like paying for views/likes/comments try the free exchange services like addmefast, youlikehits and etc..

1. Make an interesting video that people would like to watch again.
2. Explosive opening (First 15 seconds are very important)
3. Attractive Custom Thumbnail (Make it interesting, High quality but relevant to your video)
4. Use your targeted keyword in Title (twice), Discription (atleast 3 times using different sentence) and Tags.
5. Share with your friends via Facebook, Twitter or ask a person who got a lot in their friends list to share your video on his/her wall.
6. Get free Views and Likes from sites like (YouLikeHits). Make sure you got lot more views then likes (approx. 100:5 ratio)
If you can spend $$$.
Buy some high retention views from BHW experienced users (BigBuddy)
Run an adwords campaign withing youtube (Coupons available, you can spend $25 and get $75 coupon from google) "google.com/ads/adwords-coupon.html"
It all depends on how competitive your keywords is/are on youtube.

You need to do seo on that video and also, if the video's niche isn't competitive then you'll easily get ranked on 1st page as soon as you publish it. Buy any TOP seo service from here to promote that video. This will surely help

crazy hard to get an organic video to be a viral hit, still cant understand how it happens. Still trying though
great post, thanks a lot for sharing. adwords seem expensive as hell though. i tried it, and got 800 views and 7 likes for 60$ even though it says i should get somewhere between 2000-4000 views.
I do have a question though, you said use the keyword in the title twice, are you serious?
