sory if i posted in wrong section but i have some confusion about you tube earning if experts here can help me please

this channel posted some videos

so

No 1 . i have old channel no strike nothing i also make these videos and posted on my channel

first i get audio copyright on last few seconds but this person is not getting anything

so i delete last few seconds and again upload the videos

views getting started like 30 views in 1 minute then i get copy right strike after 15 minutes dont know why because he is not getting anything and i am getting why his chanel is new also my one is old

then i copy his videos from his channel and upload it again

then after 30 minutes i again get strike dont know why is this because he is not getting anything and i am getting strikes can any one please tell me why is this please

Why cant you create a unique video which doesnt infringe copyrights?

Obvious, You copied his content and reuploaded it. That's the reason why you get copyright! You got copyright from the music because you really isn't allowed without the permission of the creator.

this was not his own content his also copied from sky sports

and i copied from sky sports also but did not worked

and i copied from him also but did not worked also

Bro, I know you don't know how youtube works! That guy knows... U can't just copy others content and post it on youtube. But you can trick youtube and post copyrighted content which I do not require.

his channel is new / my channel is old

he is not editing videos / i am editing also

then why he is stilll on youtube and my videos deleted after 1 day week or month ?
