I am planning to develop a script to allow the users to download youtube video files and have the option to convert them to Mp3 online. I know this is a old & saturated market. I just like to know if anyone would be interested these days and if at all how much to price it? Please share any ideas.

I would love to get myself such a site. I'd redirect a lot entertainment traffic to it form social media :) As for the price, I really don't know.
 
Well you should sell it on themeforest and other platforms. Be sure to add a lot of admin customization to it, people will love it. And on themeforest you will have plenty of sales. Remember, the cheaper, more sales. Some people even buy it just because it's cheap or to give it a try with such a site. Hey am not sure how do I team up with themeforest. All I am doing is a single page where user has the option to enter the youtube url and upon download it'll show the link of the mp3 located in the server to the user. I am not sure if there's gonna be anything related to the theme or templates here. Can you please elaborate a bit?
