It depends on lot of things bro, but I can give you some tips. Always use aged yt acc. Don't use Word hack/crack/free/etc. Always create your own video. Try Longtail keywords. And check what your competition is doing.
Don't put link in description, rather waterwark your vid. Or but it pinned as comment.

LOL this is one interesting read. what kind of game are you doing bro?
Make sure to change the fil3name to "game name" dont use hacks cheats in the file name. You can use hack,cheat,free words in the title if the game is of low competition and at last you will only know when you try uploading some videos.
It is imp to use hack and other terms in title bcoz almost all keywords which have good volumes are game name hack, game namr free cheats ect so you need them in your title and desc in order to rank.

I GOT THE SAME DESCRIPTION AND TAGS FROM A VIDEO WORKS GOOD TO Someone is promoting offers LIKE ME AND HE DID'T GET STRICK AND ME I GOT IT

Stop writing with the Caps lock on. People already gave you advice above. You need to twist the description not copy it from someone else, same goes for the video.
