Will there be copyright issues if I take popular articles from google and use Text-to-speech softwares to make it audio and create a video out of it using other images???

Serioulsy??? How the hell do they know if I've made the audio from other's article??? Do they transcribe the audio and look for its originality too?

I don't think that you will have any problems. Just don't use the pictures that have been published in the same article.

You shouldn't have any issues OP. If I was going to do this then I would personally spin all of the articles with software or reword some things manually as it'll only be an extra minute of work for each video and pretty much removes all copyright risks that may potentially come up in the future - something to consider
