youtube copyright bypass method without cheap effects, anyone? dm me

I’m seeing many people within my niche on YouTube uploading videos of Korean dramas in other languages, and they’re not getting copyright claims. And yes, the channel is monetized WITH ADSENSE.


There are no links to sell products or anything like that.


I already know this is not just a simple editing of cuts, zooms, etc.


There’s something behind this, and I’ve been searching like crazy.


I even sent messages to the production companies, but they don’t reply.


I’d like to know how they’re doing this — if anyone knows this technique, please message me privately so we can talk.

They’re most likely using a mix of licensing loopholes, content ID evasion (altered audio, foreign dubbing, layered visuals), and sometimes direct agreements with MCNs — but be careful, because unless you have official rights, YouTube can shut you down anytime even if others seem safe.

It was a while ago, but there was a discussion here about Youtube accounts which got monetisation and ads while only posting unedited full-length movies (some only half a year old). The account has been deleted since but a new one came up with the same m.o. and to be honest there's a lot of accounts like it. It is likely an exploit. Something or the other, compromised or dubiously acquired CMS account, something along those lines that gives them direct upload access under a company umbrella that normally bypasses standard copyright content ID. Not to say that's exactly what's happening in this case, but there's semblances.

Most of them are likely using licensing loopholes and content ID evasion tactics like audio tweaks or visual layers. But without official rights, it’s always risky YouTube can take action anytime, even if others appear to be getting away with it.
