You can get YouTube content in several ways.
Of course, there's always ripping off other people.
You can take published videos and chop them up.
People do this all the time, especially with Jordan Peterson's content.
People also do this with cable TV material as well as actual movies.
I don't recommend this because YouTube can easily cut you off at the knees.
And while they keep your content up, you're not collecting any income from your content.
Instead, they're giving the ad revenue to the rightful owners of that intellectual property.
The better approach for YouTube videos is voice-over or screen recordings.
Also, if you're looking for meditation or nature sounds niche materials, you can record the stuff yourself.
You can also do reaction videos.
Again, you have to do this right; you can't just take some other YouTuber's content and sit stone faced and break out in a chuckle every once in a while.
That's not going to cut it.
Similarly, if it's a news or opinion-type commentary channel, you really have to offer real opinions.
You can't just play a person's content and nod your head or give a thumbs up every once in a while.
